Young Shin ZENITH – Model 210S Plus
The Young Shin ZENITH 210S Plus high-speed flatbed die cutter is designed to accommodate a wide range of applications. The ZENITH 210S Plus runs:
- Single and double wall board corrugated
- Solid substrates such as micro flute
- Litho label and single-face laminated board
- Foam core
- Plastic corrugated and paperboard down to .060 point
- Automatic grip of up to a maximum sheet thickness of 11 mm
- 5,000 sheets per hour
- Maximum sheet size of 2100 x 1500 mm
Integrated within the ZENITH 210S Plus die cutter are the following features:
- Scissors lift in feed area is included
- Triple action stripping – male, female and pin stripping capabilities
- Feeder lead edge hold down to assist in feeding warped board
- Bobst-compatible cutting dies
- Globally-sourced electronic components including Becker pumps, Siemens and Omron electronics
- Cutting plate air float removal device (Standard on 210S Plus and 250 models)
