The Young Shin EZ Feeder automatic feeding device is made specifically for use with Giant Models 130, 150, 170, 180, 210 and 250 diecutters. Reducing operator time substantially, the EZ Feeder automatically feeds the material into the diecutter one sheet at a time. Strong vacuum suckers perform sheet separation and feeding while the unit’s warped sheet device presses the edges of a warped sheet down for even feeding to the front lay assembly. Upon air adjustment, the sheets become separated while the air cylinder jogging units keep the sheets arrayed at the rear and the sides for enhanced feeding. The electronics on the EZ Feeder alert the operator when it reaches empty or when other attention is required to perform the continuous and exacting feeding of the sheets.
